What do you eat for breakfast during weekday before go to work? Do you all have a good healthy meal or a very simple one?

It really depends on how much time we have in the morning and the mood the kids are in. Sometimes they want to eat at school with their friends. Usually they want to eat at home so this is what we have :

If I have time to cook:
A) Sausage/ bacon, eggs, and pancakes or toast. 🥓 🍳 🥞
B) Oatmeal and fruit 🍌

If we don’t have much time:
A) A muffin
B) Cereal and fruit 🍎 🍓
C) Croissant 🥐 and a yogurt
D) Waffle and smoothie 🧇 🥤 (the smoothie is a fruit yogurt)
E) A microwaveable breakfast sandwich

Drinks:
The kids will have either juice or milk 🧃 🥛
The adults will have either tea, coffee, or milk. 🍵 ☕️ 🥛
