But if I were you, I would say just （今はもう眠いのでそれは明日にします。）
それ means watching and listening。
Because, he or she whom you are talking this knows what you are talking about.

I guess you are talking about a TV program. If so you should say “もう(already)眠いnemui(sleepy)ので、明日ashita(tomorrow)見ますwatch and listen。”
In Japanese we don’t say “watch and listen to TV”, but “watch TV”

Yes, that’s almost right.
But actually, “見て聞きます” sounds a little unnatural.
If it’s videos, movies or something can be seen with the eyes, it’s better to use “見ます”. Because seeing something means almost being listening that content at the same time.
And if it’s radio or something can only be heard with the ears, it’s better to use “聞きます”.
By the way, 今 is able to be omitted from that sentence. And it makes the sentence more natural.
