Depende en la persona ... para mí, sería los dos (formal y informal) .... but, it would depend on who I'm speaking to & what I want to say, overall.

There is no real formal or informal in English, it mostly depends on how well you know the person you're talking too. "As far as I'm concerned" can be used in both formal and informal speech. I use it all the time.

So there aren't formal or informal english but formal or informal speech? Because I was asked to write one of them.

there is no "informal"/"formal" in the sense of politeness levels. when speaking/writing formally in English, it is mostly being more specific, having more detail, and using "bigger" words.
"It's so hot today." and "It is absolutely scorching this afternoon." mean the same thing, but the first one would be more informal and the second one would be considered formal.
