1. Yes, because I believe that at a certain age people are unable to perform the duties they were originally hired to do in the first place. Of course this varies between jobs and people though.

2. This is a tough question. My family members have always wanted to live alone, even in old age. After living in Japan for awhile, however, I can see the mutual benefits of parents living with their children's families.

3. I think the opposite actually. Younger workers have to learn to be patient and agree with what older workers are saying/planning if if they don't actually believe what they are doing is right.

5. I think it depends on the person.

6. Absolutely! They can teach us about their experiences in life, how the world has changed, and give us new perspectives on the current state of the world.
