Which word is correct for working communication by email ?
I usually ask many questions to my partners for better understanding of the process. And I'm always confused about these two phrases when I start the conversation:
1. Dear Tommy,
Sorry to BOTHER you
or
2. Dear Tommy,
Sorry to DISTURB you

@Katrine_belove I would say bother is better for email, disturb suggests you have interrupted them while they were doing something else.
