ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ وَصَدُّوا۟ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ أَضَلَّ أَعْمَٰلَهُمْ
does the part:

mean they themselves turn away from the path of Allah or does it mean they turn *others* away from the path of Allah?
