Domande Inglese (Stati Uniti)

‎I suppose it's tough night after night, all in the cause of male bonding. That was one of the reasons for the 3-hour business lunch. There are still a few people who swear by it for business bonding. Maybe we could export a trend toward wheeling and dealing *in coffee houses, the way it's done here.

Is there any difference in nuance between "in coffee houses" and "at coffee houses" in this context?
