How come indian people have such a beautiful hair? Everytime when I see indian girls (well boys too) they have really long and thick hair. Why? Do you guys use some specific hair conditioners? What do you fo with your hair? I know it's probably stupid question but I'm just curious if this depends on something.

Genetics and many other things such as food..etc are the reasons. Most of the Indians don't use shampoo . They either use soapnuts or shikakai. Patanjali Shampoo may be better if the above things are not available.
Edit 1: Oiling their hair is also a reason. Mind you, it's not just any oil. They use coconut oil. Most of the people make the oil themselves or just buy parachute oil or other branded coconut oil.
Most of the people oil their head before shower and some people always oil their hair. i did the later when i was a school kid or rather forced to do it. it causes to sweat heavily and makes your head heavy but has its pro's
