I don't really know how to say,but I want to know in France,how many people would like to speak in English,how many of them really don't want to talk in English... and I'm sorry about my poor English..

I would say most ppl in their 60's and younger can at least understand what you say when speak English
now is THE thing, either they rely on their skill or not
If you come to them assuming everybody-on-the-earth-speaks-English-and-I-have-no-effort-to-make-to-learn-2-sentences-in-the-language-spoken-in-the-country-I-visit : bad time for you ! you can have a nice French that just let you understand they do not take one single word of your blabla or you can have the nasty French that show you the wrong direction :D

Just come to any one in France asking : "Bonjour, excusez-moi, parlez-vous anglais ?" before demanding (word chosen on purpose) your way in English and you'll have the test done :D
