Domande Portoghese (Brasile)

In your opinion, why are Brazilians choosing to elect a die-hard left-winged president given the haywire economic scenario of neighbor countries that have done the same thing in the past? (eg. Argentina and Chile - who both have been facing huge economic challenges)

Doesn't Brazilians fear a similar outcome as the USA have been experiencing since the uprise of Joe Biden - who led America to the worst inflation rate in the past 20 years? Do you think Brazil's economy is at risk given this whole political quandary?
