1- This is very difficult: I don’t get it.
2- This math problem is hard; I don’t understand it.
3- I got confused with the verb to be.
4- Can you help me? I got confused with this.
5- I don’t understand. Why is chemistry so difficult?
6- If someone’s trying to explain you something but you don’t get it at all, then it will be a good opportunity to use that sentence...

If someone's (or someone is) trying to explain something (to you) but you don't get it at all, then it will be a good opportunity to use that sentence.

- I put the "to you" in parenthesis as it would be OK to use, but many native speakers wouldn't use it (since "but you don't get it..." makes it obvious they are explaining to you).
- I also mentioned "someone is" to remind you contractions are not required in English and most native speakers would not use it here.
