This is a really broad question, but I'll try my best to answer it. Some of this may only be relevant to England, and not the UK as a whole.
I wouldn't say we differ from other English-speaking countries too greatly, but we tend to be politer and more conscious of the people around us. Even as an English person in Scotland, I was made fun of (in a friendly way) for being too polite and saying 'please', 'sorry' and 'thank you' too much.
It's also considered odd to be arrogant or speak too highly of yourself, people might avoid you if you boast about your own qualities and achievements in a direct way. You only need to look at our comedy to see that we like to make fun of ourselves.
Our table manners are very standard: don't eat with your mouth open, don't speak with your mouth full, don't eat too loudly, don't use your fingers (unless specifically finger food), if you know the chef remember to compliment the food to them.
There's too many slang words and idioms for me to even begin to list. But a quick google search will find you many of them.
