'~고 싶어나요?' is not proper, I think you intended to write ' ~고 싶나요' .
' ~고 싶나요' is used to listener of that conversation like, "집에 가고 싶나요?" means
"Do you want to go home?"
'~고 싶어하나요?' is used to indicate third person, like "걔가 집에 가고 싶어하나요?"
means "Does he want to go home?"
