I'd change the first sentence to "I'm not shocked by dislikes". Either that, or change the second sentence to "I might feel like" to match the tense (or mood or whatever it is)
The second sentence is probably fine for very informal speech, but in writing, I would say: "But if I get a lot of them, I wonder, ‘Did I make serious mistakes or something like that?’"
