No, if you write "Lezioni più importanti le seguivo sempre" it's not correct. Usually before a common noun you should use a definite or indefinite article. 
There are some exceptions thought that you will learn through experience like "avere sonno" or "sopportare con pazienza" where if you wrote "avere il sonno" or "sopportare con la pazienza", it would be WRONG.

Moreover, the sentence "Le lezioni più importanti le seguivo sempre" is not wrong but it fells unnatural, it would be better to say "Seguivo sempre le lezioni più importanti". 
And pay attention to how you decline adjectives, "frase" is a feminine noun so the adjective "giusto" should be decline as "giusta", so the correct form is "la frase è giusta".

~First of all, what is a pronoun?
A pronoun is a variable part of speech that is used in place of a noun. 
~Why should we use it?
The pronoun is used to avoid repetitions within sentences and always assumes the gender and number of the element it replaces.

• Example: "Le lezioni più importanti le seguivo sempre" 
The more academic form would be subject + verb + direct object :"Io seguivo sempre le lezioni più importanti"  (Io = subject, le lezioni = direct object),
