Come si dice in Inglese (Stati Uniti)? apart from "I love you or I have an eye on you" , how will the native English speaker express the same thing?

I don't understand. 'I love you' and 'I have an eye on you' do not mean the same thing.
Other ways of saying 'I love you' - 'I'm really into you' 'I've fallen for you' 'We're made for each other' 'You're everything to me' 'I care for you'

Other ways of saying 'I have an eye on you' - 'I'm watching you' 'I don't trust you' 'I'm suspicious of you' 'I'm keeping track of you' 'You seem pretty shady'

Thanks. Maybe that is the problem of the guide book ,leading me to make the same of "I love you "and "I have an eye on you".

lol, don't say 'I have an eye on you' to someone you like, unless you are being playful.

This can be said in a teasing or flirty way. But it really means 'I think you might do something inappropriate.'

The flirtation comes in, because you may *want* someone you are interested in to do something wild or a little 'inappropriate.'

Not really. Native English is better (for English spoken by native speakers.) But most of the time you might mean 'fluent English'

'He wrote the report in fluent English. It was easily understood.'
