I have checked and sadly have still not received my refund. Please may I ask when I may receive it? Does it take at least 3-5 days after entering my check card number?

When making the purchase, I never expected to be returning the items I bought. I must say, I have found this shopping experience a difficult one and won't be shopping at this shop in the future, but will look elsewhere.
