Qual è la differenza tra sendiri e sendirian ?Sentiti libero di rispondere con un esempio.

Hey!

👉"sendiri" is indicating more to your personal self, or only one person.
"sendiri" + suffix "-an" is used more to indicate the loneliness of being alone.

Example:
✨A: "Mau aku yang kirim?"
- Do you want me to send it?
B: " Nanti aku kirim sendiri"
- I'll send it later myself

✨"Hanya dia sendiri yang bertepuk tangan, sedangkan teman-temanya terdiam"
- Only he gave applause (clapped his hands), his friends were silent.

✨A: "Selamat Pagi, apakah ini dengan Ibu A?"
- Good morning, is this Ms. A?
B: "Pagi, benar dengan saya sendiri"
- Morning, yes this is me (Ms. A herself) speaking.

✨"Kenapa kamu sendirian aja"
- why are you alone by yourself?

✨"Jangan sendirian aja, ayo sini!"
- Don't just be alone, come here!

✨A: "besok mau pergi ke Jakarta?"
- Do you want to go to Jakarta tomorrow?
B: "Tidak bisa, saya banyak Tugas"
- Not possible, I have a lot of work to do.
A: "ok, aku sendiri(an) aja"
- ok, I'll go by myself (when you want to express more loneliness then you can use "sendirian" then the translation would be: "ok, I'll go alone"
