Is a person who makes ₩1,500,00.00 a month considered poor in Korea?

15,000,000 (15 million)won OR 1,500,000 (1.5 million) won?
The reason why I asked is because, if it's the latter one, it's impossible for full-time workers to make only that money in a month because a legal minimum monthly wage here in Korea is about 2,000,000 (2 million)won.

* A Full-time worker means someone who works at least 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. (Total 40 hours a week) So, making 1,500,000 won monthly means that they are working part-time.
If there's a full-time worker who earns only that money by a chance in a million, they'll have to report their boss to Employment and Labor Administration for wage theft. But like I said, it is impossible for regular workers to earn only that money unless they're working illegally.

It's way below the minimum wage. And as the answer above, it's impossible for a legal full-time worker to earn only 1.5 million won due to a minimum wage law.

Yes, it's a seriously low wage. (unless they're a student who lives with parents and earns 1.5 million won as pocket money by working as a part-timer.)

@i_am_not_a_robot If someone doesn't earn at least 2 million won a month, it will be almost impossible to make ends meet in Korea. That's why the Korea's current minimum monthly wage is 2 million won.
