Which one sounds the most natural?

The second one is correct, except for one detail: lado mal. The correct is "lado mau". "Mau" is the opposite of "Bom" and "Mal" is the opposite of "Bem". (Look at the image for a tip of how to remember this)
- Also, are you and the people you are talking to women? When you say "nós somos parecidAS" thats what it means. If either you or the listener are not women, then it should be "nós somos parecidOS".
- I strongly disagree with the first person saying "tenho problema percebendo" doesnt make sense, your translation is natural. His suggestion changes the meaning of the sentence a lot.

Sem dúvida, o "das" soa natural e o "de" artificial nessa frase.
Mas "tenho problema percebendo" não faz sentido.
Talvez a tradução melhor fosse: "me sinto mal quando percebo o lado mal das pessoas"

@simsim170 the two sentences are right, but here in Brazil, we are used to say more often the second one. it's a really small difference, but no doubt the second one is more natural.
