Is it okay for me to bring my own chopsticks in Korea when I’m at a restaurant? Is that rude?

The metal chopsticks are really heavy and flat. I’m not used to it.

I have no idea how it's viewed. I personally don't think it's "rude", but if a waiter or waitress notices it, they might think it's a bit weird. It's because no Koreans bring their own chopsticks when going to a restaurant. I assume that, in most cases, waiters and waitresses wouldn't care much because they're usually very busy working.
By the way, I don't know how much you've practiced using metal chopsticks, but it's not that hard to get used to them.

It's not rude, but wouldn't it be annoying to carry chopsticks whenever you go to restaurants in Korea? 😅
Just a few days of practice is enough to be good at using metal chopsticks.
