Does this phrase "적탕혜" similar to "knock it off"? I don't know if this is correct but the sound was similar to this "적탕혜" or is there any Korean language that is related to "knock it off" somehow?

I just heard it in "Weak Hero Class 1" k drama series episode 4. And it got me curious after I've searched it.

if you certainly heard '히', then it must be '적당히 해'. and your guess is in the ball park
1) pronunciation:
it's pronounced as [적땅히 해] because of 'ㄱ 받침', which cuts off the stream thus leaves tenseness, and the following 'ㄷ' receives that and gets tensified therefore 'ㄸ'.
…and since you heard it as what you said, i'm assuming why it sounded like that without watching it. it's likely due to nonstandard/lazy pronunciation, [적땅히 해] was pronounced instead as [적땅혜] : ① 히 and 해 are squished into one syllable instead of the supposed-to-be two and ② the confusion/ lack of distinction between ㅐ and ㅔ kicked in.
2) meaning:
적당하다 is an adjective meaning "to be adequate/moderate in degree/amount", and '적당히' is one of its adverbial conjugation.
so the literal translations are "do [it] moderately" (word-to-word) or "do [it] at an enough degree"
the more natural, idiomatic English translations would be "don't go too far" or "that's enough" or "not too much"
p.s.
as a side note, we have no idea about the English titles because Korean tv drama/movie titles are in Korean and the English titles are (used/marketed) only for the international audience (except for a few cases when the Eng title is well-known also in Korea AND a straightforward translation such as 'Parasite' or 'Squid Game') so in the future, if you could also provide the titles in Korean, it'll help Korean users help you better
