Come si dice in Ebraico? Running errands

I may have asked something like this before. But today I had to run errands. Or you could say, "I had errands to run." Meaning I had stops to make here and there. I stopped at the Dollar store, the post office. Then the pet store and finally the grocery store. We say "run errands" or "do errands." Is there an equivalent expression in Hebrew perhaps? Thanks

@Ashern I have to smile. I am the same way. I see a word or an expression and if it's new I make a flashcard for it. It's actually fun, I think.
Yes, running or doing errands is common. If I only have to do grocery shopping I'd say, "I have to go to the store." or "I have to get some groceries." Something like that.
But if I have a lot of stops to make. A lot of places to stop, then it's running errands. Doing errands.
"I'll be back in an hour. I have some errands to run."
