Hi guys, I've just learned that in American English, there is a slang called "Fort Knox" which descirbes a protected place that is heavily guarded. Because it comes from a place in Kentucky, US. I wonder if you Canadians also use this phrase? Thanks.

Yes we do. Fort Knox was or is where the US government kept its gold reserve. A tempting target for thieves. As a consequence it has very strong security.
When we want to say somewhere has strong security, we say it's like Fort Knox.
