Domande Inglese (Stati Uniti)
Daily 2017/04/17 Yesterday, I forgot writing daily.
I drank alcohol with friends in Ueno.
One of my friends got a job.
I glad to hear it as if it myself.
From now on, happiness will come to him. sembra naturale?

Un po' strano
Yesterday, I forgot my daily writing.
I drank (alcohol) with friends in Ueno. One of my friends got a job. I am just as glad for him as I would be for myself. From now on, happiness will come to him (or, he'll be happy from now on).

There are just a few parts that are unnatural. "Daily" before the date could be omitted or be changed to "day". "writing daily" would sound better if it were not conjugated ("to write daily"). Also, I am confused by "I am glad to hear it as if it myself." What do you mean by "as if it myself"? Specify the "it". Great work!

@lard_0616 どういたしまして! One good way to solve that is "I am glad to hear it as if I were in his shoes". Being in someone's shoes is a saying that implies empathy.
