Do you like "cold lamb meat"? I have a cooked lamb leftover, and I don't want to make shepards' pie or curry etc... The meat looks so lovely when sliced, I want to use it for sandwiches or salad... but, just wondering... is it strange to eat cold lamb? Thank you.

Leftover lamb slices is yummy on bread as a sandwich, particularly with apple sauce! it also also nice sliced with baked potatoes or potato salad.

I don't know if you have horseradish sauce but that goes well with a nice bit of lamb in a fresh bread sandwich. 😋
