@Ipeace I keep a balanced diet*
Edit: I'm not completely sure about the "everyday life part". It may be better to simply omit it (i.e. end the sentence with "... in order to keep my body and mind healthy").

A [single croissant] makes me feel happy and motivates me to go for a run[.] [I am] what I eat.
the second sentence could be revised a few ways.
do you mean:
I have to balance nutrition well to take care ...
I have well balanced nutrition and take care ...
"my body and soul on every day life" is no something a native speaker would say.
take care of my body (and soul) every day.

"A single croissant makes me happy/cheers me up*/invigorates me and motivates me/gives me the motivation to go for a run!" or "Having (=eating) a single croissant makes me happy/cheers me up*/invigorates me and motivates me/gives me the motivation to go for run!"
"I keep/have a (nutritionally**) balanced diet in order to keep my body and mind healthy throughout everyday life."
Is how I would phrase it.
* Cheer up implies that you were previously in an unhappy state so it may not be the word you're looking for. ("I was sad because I failed the exam, but his silly jokes cheered me up.")
** Saying "a nutritionally balanced diet" is not wrong, but sounds like something a nutritionist, not an ordinary person, would say.
