I've never been there, but a I have a friend who live there for a year. He told me that there are specific regions in where there a lot (they have warning signs to alert people) If you live go to the country or live in it, it is always more likely to find one than in a city :)

Australia has the most venomous snakes, but I've never seen any. That's probably because of where I live. I'm not sure about snakes getting into people's home, none have got into mine, well, except the snake that I own. It's not venomous, though. It's a Blonde Spotted Python.

No it's not snakes are hardly seen so don't worry there most common in the out back but not in towns cities

@nordlys200 It's not that big, about a metre in length, and his middle is as round as a twenty cent coin. He eats small frozen rats (weaner rats), you have to thaw them out before you give it to him.
