英語の質問を前提として
"depressed because of" is better I think. Also, "change your feelings" sounds more natural I think. Anyway, your English seems to be beyond intermediate :-)

When you are depressed or irritated at work, how do you quickly change your state?
It will get confusing when you have too many verbs, because there are different natural modifiers that follow different verbs. Irritated with someone sounds natural. Depressed at/with someone doesn't sound natural. The subject (someone) can be left out entirely, most of the time. And naturals will always say less
