1. They equipped the office with many. computers.
2. The office was equipped with many computers.
3. Many computers were equipped in the office.
I think 1 & 2 are correct. How about 3? Can you use the "many computers" as the subject of the sentence to mean the same as 1 & 2, using the word "equipped"??

1 and 2 are correct. I have a preference for 2. But 3 is incorrect unless you mean that the computers were equipped with something else.

There are many computers in the office.
Equipped is mostly used to describe things that humans wear/use instead a place.
You can use facilitated too, such as "The office is facilitated with many computers."
Grammatically 1 and 2 are correct except for 3. It just the word equip are rarely used to describe a place.

I think 1 & 2 are fine, but 3 is an unusual usage of the word, and might be wrong.

Yes 1 and 2 are correct. 3 is incorrect, because the computers are "office equipment" (things used in an office), but the office is not "computer equipment"

I don't think you can use "faciiltate" here. The word means a different thing.
