Hi! Everyone :) I have a question for İtalian and Spanish natives. I'm worrying so much about that. Because I want to learn these languages but it seems a little impossible to me :(( If I can't say the letter “R". Does it make a problem?? I mean, Would it be waste of time if I try to learn them? Please inform me!!!

Not at all and there is no sound that you can't learn by practicing so that will be with R , it will take time but you'll learn , trust me!

Don't worry about that at all. I know that R could be a hard sound to learn, but btw you can learn it step by step! Don't give up 😊

The R is a very hard sound for non-native speakers, but you can learn it for sure if you practice enough! With time it really won't be an issue. People will understand you anyways but you will of course sound better. Try not to curl your tongue like in the english R. Put it against your palate instead, a little bit behind your teeth, and make it vibrate multiple times. Never think you're not good enough, you can do it! 😊

I have a hard time with the R's too, despite the fact that I grew up around both languages. I can't speak fluently, but I think like everyone said, it just takes practice. One day, we will get it! lol

Thank you for the useful tips. I'll definitely do it :) I'm really trying every way to make the sound. Even my friends I'm asking them to teach me how to roll my r's 😄
