Can anyone recommend a good anime to watch that has great story line, uses correct/conversational Japanese grammar, and does not have ecchi scenes? Thank you

デスノート(death note) - a worldwide famous anime about gods of death and a death note which enables you to kill people just by writing other's name on it.
モンスター(monster) - a magnificent mystery. the story is set in German in the 1980's.
逆転裁判 (phoenix wright) - about a rookie attorney fighting in court.
As most of them (or all of them?) are dubbed or subbed in English and aired in English speaking country, you can make sure the storylines in English when you don't understand Japanese. In my opinion, they are not childish anime with deep love stories so adults can enjoy them.
