What will you do, when you have suspicious that he or she is cheating on you?
If it turned out that your boyfriend or girlfriend already got married someone else, what will you do?
When you can't help doubting your bf(boyfriend) or gf(girlfriend).
When you can't trust your bf or gf.
In case of someone is doubtful.
What should I do?
If you don't know whether your gf or bf really love you, how do you confirm her or him feeling?
I do not know everything.

- ...already got married TO someone else, what WOULD you do? (turns out - will / turned out - would)
- In case someone is doubtful OR In case of someone BEING doubtful, what should I do? (comma, not period by the way)
- how do you confirm his or her feelings? (his, not him -unless you meant like "how do you confirm how he or she is feeling?" - it is kind of hard to understand)
- and don't worry, English speakers will know what you mean if you say bf or gf
