Is it true that non-Korean/half-Korean kids who lives in South Korea, might get bullied by other kids in Korea? Is it common?

Um... depends on.. but it's true that they can be exposed to a high possibilities of being bullied than just Korean. which is a shame.

@udjiko yea mostly, I guess. It wasn't really long ago that Korea started to be a multicultural country so it was very unusual case if there is someone half-Korean. I've personally never seen anyone for my whole shcool years (for about 10years).. but things are changing these days so I expect it would get better and better as time goes by.
