In my country, people often describe a place like in this way: "street name, building's name, neighborhood". Also, they give some points of reference, for example: "My house it's near of a market" and so on. I hope that my tip helps you.

That would be a full address in the United states. All of those words are different names of "streets".

@felipeoutb that is not the typical way of describing an address in English.

Usually addresses are written (and read) in the form of:
<street number> <street name> <street type>, <town/city>, <state/province/county>

Example:
"123 Fake Street, San Francisco, California"

You normally don't include the name of the neighborhood unless it's important/special and many homes either don't belong to a neighborhood or there is no neighborhood name.

As @joshwhetstone points out, if you are writing a mailing address for the postal service (e.g. to put on an envelope) then you normally abbreviate the street type (e.g. "Street" = "St", "Avenue" = "Ave" etc.) and abbreviate the state (e.g. "California" = "CA"). The zip/postal code is also usually included at the end.

The US Postal Service abbreviates street types and uses the state abbreviation. They also abbreviate directions such as: N Highway 1 for north.
