Can someone please explain this sentence to me "私の知らない君がいる". I know the meaning of the sentence but I don't understand it grammatically. What's the の doing here? I looked it up online but which explanation should I go for?

In the example of 3, there are two "の" in the sentense. It confused me. the 2nd "の" is the substitutes for "が".
会ったことのない人たち = 会ったことがない人たち
私の知らない君 = 私が知らない君
