Sensitive is about detecting and/or responding to small changes in sensory stimulation (e.g. light, sound, touch, smell, etc.) or changes in people's mood/emotion. For example, if you are sensitive to light then you probably don't like bright lights or going outside when it's sunny.
Sensitive can also mean you feel insulted/offended easily or that you care a lot about other people's feelings/emotions (i.e. you are sensitive about what other people feel).
Responsive is all about how you react to something (e.g. stimulation). Someone who is responsive reacts or adapts quickly and swiftly.
For example, if a patient at a hospital is responsive to treatment, it means the drug is working and the symptoms are rapidly subsiding (the patient is getting better quickly).
