Do you dislike Americans that move to Germany? Even if they make a good effort to learn German and fit in?

yeah that's right I think its bad to judge someone just becaise they are american and move to germany as long as they behave well and try to learn the language everything is good😊

I think Germans in general like Americans quite a bit (at least the Germans I know). So no-one would think of disliking an American who comes to Germany, unless they behave badly or are bad persons.

Thanks to the american Govt there actually are many people in Germany who dislike America. It is seen (not by all) as a warmonger that wants to drive us into a war with Russia while the USA keeps hiding behind the "Big Lake" Atlantic Ocean. But I dont think this would affect you as a normal citizen.
