Domande Inglese (Regno Unito)
Lamb was eaten 150 grams, while much less fish was consumed (just over 50 grams)
And....I don't understand the "much less"...could it change to "fish consumed was much less than lamb(just over 50 grams)? sembra naturale?

Un po' strano
”Lamb was eaten 150g" means
"150g of lamb was eaten"
(while)
"Much less fish was consumed (just over 50g)" means
"Much less fish was eaten (compared to lamb)."
"Just over 50g of fish was eaten"
If you wanted to say "fish consumed was much less than lamb (just over 50 grams)?" you could say
"The amount of fish consumed was much less than lamb, at just over 50g"
