→何と言えばいいのか分からない

→何を着ればいいのか分からない
I don't know what to believe.
→何を信じればいいのか分からない
You can change between ~ば and ～たら right? I mean, the meaning kind of changes, but they're close enough, right?

These are the same meaning.
Okay. I thought there was a slight change in nuance though. Like when those grammar functions are translated in my books, the "if" changes places in the sentence.
For example:
"If she comes, I'll come too." 彼女はくれば、私もくるよ。
"I'll come too if she comes." 彼女はきたら、私もくるよ。
（I may have these mixed up. I'm not sure.)
