クマ means "bear".
Animal characters often end every line with some manner of sound-effect verbal-tic thing. For example, cats might go ニャ ("meow"), rabbits might go ウサ (from ウサギ, "rabbit") or ピョン ("hop"), snakes might go ニョロ ("slither").
Bears go クマ. Or ガオ ("roar").
