I disagree :-) I've found that young teachers are not always sure how to handle their position, so they try to distance themselves from the students and become overly authoritative. I like older teachers. They're more comfortable in their skin and can usually offer much better advice. Maybe it's different in the East, though.

You are right.Old teachers tend to be more experienced.Young teachers are more like friends.
