Those usually refers two or more things away from the speaker.
These refers to two or more things close to the speaker.
This refers to something close to the speaker in any quantity.

In this context the best word would be the word that.

It doesn't sound as natural with the other words.

If you want to use the those and these you need to make the words after it plural.
