@joshi_ many of us grow up in a way that we are equally influenced by both hindi and english. Thats why we often mix both of them while speaking. I dont find it bad but there are some people who do it because they are not so proud of their mother tongue and think that speaking english words would make them smarter. That attitude is ugly.

Hindi is the most common language but few people speak pure Hindi, they often mix English words into Hindi which in my opinion sounds ugly.

actually we can see different different  types of people in India , we can see various types of coultures, and language s but Hindi is our national language so mostly we use to speak in  hindi, and English is most important language for professional life so in develop country , and at work we use English language but it's dipped on the area also  I think so but you are asking about hole India so we can say Hindi use more because it's our national language

this is the poetic language of Marathi, means they are hard words of Marathi we can say vocabulary, that language is old Marathi which is pure language and it's have mostly used in poets or divisional songs but I would like to tell you that , which words now we are not able to understand all, and that language had used for Daly conversation in our India's past. 
that line says us" I am so happy about that I birth in India ( here they use ' hind' which means country of Hindus ) where justice is most important , where everyone respects there elders, and education is important ( here education means not only degree or diploma, graduation , here education means that the how your  Youngers​ treat their elders here education means that proper manner which is important to daily life) and I am so happy about that I birth in India, I would like to share this with you , that  I love my country and I always be proud on my country.

yes..since school we are taught everything in English. Besides English language all the other subjects (sciences, maths, computers,history,geography) are also taught in English medium.That is why we are more familiar with English. Though many of us won't be so good at spoken English but the writing work is mostly done in English.
There is a saying here- "Angrez chale gaye par angrezi chhod gye"which translates as- "The English men left our country but they left English behind."
