The second one, a list of items doesn't need a comma before the and, only compound sentences need a comma there

@Kohei171: this is a huge debate in America (I don't know about other English speaking countries) but usually it is A, B, and C. The last comma is called the "Oxford comma" and is being debated whether it should be removed or not.
