Subject：Requirement for sending your biography and summary of your lecture.

Greetings from Nagoya University! We hope this finds you well.
We are very glad to have you as one of the speakers at the international symposium held on October 19, 2016.
For the benefit of the speakers, the conference will provide a pamphlet containing biographies of all speakers and summaries of all the lectures being given.
For this reason, we would like to ask that you provide a brief biography and synopsis of what you will be covering in your talk.
We are asking all lecturers to submit their drafts to us by the end of September to allow time for printing.
Additionally, should you have some handouts for your presentation, would you please send them to us a week in advance?
