Japanese has SOV order, the verb comes last.
私は お店に 行きます。
I to the shop go
and Japanese has Particles which determine each word's case, so the word's order is quite freedom.
normal order
先週友達とあのお店に行ったよ。
last week with my friend to that shop I went
another possible order
行ったよあのお店に友達と、先週。
I went to that shop with my friend last week.
If the order is changed like this, the word at the top of the sentence is a little emphasised.
