Which is more natural to say, I'm cold or l feel cold?
And can I say "are you cold?"?

I usually use I'm cold, but both work.

"Are you cold?" is also good!

Saying "I'm cold" is a little bit more natural. You can definitely ask "are you cold?"

honestly both work, but saying 'I feel cold' is a better response while 'Im cold' is more for stating in general, not answering.

I'm cold is perfect (I don't think "I feel cold" is correct). And yes, that question is perfect!

I think "I'm cold" sounds more natural. But either work! And "Are you cold?" is totally natural too. :)
