Watanabe Mayu is a member of AKB48. sembra naturale?

When I describe this kind of expression, I always waver between "of AKB48","in AKB48","from AKB48" and "an AKB48's member".

For "in" and "from", you don't have to say "is a member of".

So...
"Watanabe Mayu is (from) AKB48."
"Watanabe Mayu is (in) AKB48."

The expression is always "be a member of~".

Watanabe Mayu is a member of AKB48.
渡辺まゆはAKB48の一員です。

You can also say "Watanabe Mayu is in AKB48".
渡辺まゆはAKB48に　入っています・属しています。

For "from", you would say "That girl is Watanabe Mayu from AKB48".
あの子がAKB48（から）の渡辺まゆです。

"~ is AKB48's most popular member" is also possible.
～はAKB48の一番人気なアイドルです。
