What are some important things to know before going to South Korea? I'm going to study abroad in Seoul this summmer.

i heard deodorants are sold at a higher price and a little hard to find (when it's not summer) so you should bring some of your own if you need.

if your country is used to apologise when accidentally bumping into someone on the subway, dont be surprised when you arent apologised to when in south korea. :/ they also sell things IN the subway train but you'll learn to ignore that eventually.

stand on the right, move on the left, on escalators.

usually toilet paper(roll)s are provided as napkins in casual restaurants.

***most subway station don't have any escalators at all, so if you have luggages, you might need some help.

there are a lot of modes of public transportation, but when it comes down to a specific place you are looking for, a lot of walking is needed.
